Kirsty joined Apex in 2011 from a strong retailing and customer based background and immediately made an impact. Her business management and her dedication to her customers proved fruitful in 2016 when she was awarded a European Self Storage Association Manager of the Year distinction, beating off over 2000 store managers across Europe and the UK.
Donna had been Assistant Manager at Radcliffe since May 2008 and has been instrumental in the success at the site. She recently transferred to our Congleton site and is relishing the challenge of maintaining the high standards already set at that branch. Her customer care skills and her telephone manner are her biggest assets and these have proven beneficial in her career with Apex and in gaining repeat clientele.
