First time using a storage unit. So easy to do, and that is down to your employees.I first visited a week or two ago to look at the sizes of the units, as recommended on your website. I was shown by Jen. Jen went through the price for the lockup I requested, I was told about the offer that was on, 8 weeks with 50% off for the first 4 weeks. Jen went through everything really thoroughly.Jen also helped me with purchasing some boxes, tape and bubble wrap.I booked the unit the following week over the phone, to start from the 1st Feb. I arrived on the 1st with some boxes. Jen went through all the forms with me, explaining some terms and conditions.I was really impressed with how clean and tidy everywhere is. Trolleys and cages are available to take your boxes etc to the lockup.Jen was super friendly, and very conscientious and made the hold whole experience stress free. An asset to your company.Can I add that your website is so user friendly. The list of what you are going to store, to help you choose the size of unit you may need, is a great idea. I am useless at sizes, and would have chosen one far too big without this.I 100% recommend Apex, they will be my number 1 go to in the future.

Booked small container originally whilst selling house and moving to new flat. Very easy to sort out, staff helpful with sizes of containers needed, showed me the containers to help make my mind up and went through booking in, using lift etc. Sold house but flat fell through so ended up taking another container at short notice. As time progressed swapped the 2x containers for a larger one, very accommodating with swapping containers subject to availability. Easy access with trolleys etc to the containers and could normally park inside the loading bay to unload/load the car. Containers always clean and dry, contents insured as part of the charges. Would use again. Thanks to the staff who always had a smile and a chat when I visited.

The staff, Jen, was most helpful, showing me the container I was looking for, and dealing with the booking. I have deposited some of my items into the locker with more to follow!
